About the Role: A role as Field Service Engineer is essential for successful installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment or systems at customer site. This role demands technical proficiency, adept problem-solving, and effective customer communication to deliver exceptional service and support. Responsibilities: Be customer-centric and solution driven, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical field inquiries. Travel or be located to customer site to install and set up technical equipment or systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that arise and initiate appropriate corrective actions Replace defective components and repair systems to minimize downtime Keep accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and customer interactions The matching profile: Must-have: Passionate about IT and not afraid to roll up the sleeves Good communication skills in English + Dutch Customer oriented and a team player who likes to share knowledge with others Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products Constant craving for new technologies and trends!
